The Otelier Community at community.otelier.io is where Otelier customers ask questions, pick up product tips, share ideas and hear about updates directly from the Otelier team. It's organized into spaces, each with its own purpose. This tour walks through them in the order a new member will find most useful.
Everything starts at Home, the home base for the entire community. From there, the left-hand navigation takes you to each space.

Three spaces help you get oriented before you dive in.
Welcome New Members! is the best first stop. It has tips on how to make the most of the community, including a post where you can introduce yourself to other members.
Community Guidelines explains how we keep the community helpful and respectful. Please read it before you post.
Meet The Team introduces the Otelier Community team, so you know who's behind the posts and who to reach out to.
Stay up to date
These spaces are where Otelier shares news. You'll mostly read here rather than post.

To hear about new posts as soon as they go up, subscribe to these spaces (see Setting your notifications, below).
Setting your notifications
You decide how much the community tells you and how. All your settings are in one place: click your profile picture in the top navigation bar, choose Account Settings, then select Notifications.
Choose what you're notified about. Under Notification Types, switch in-app and email notifications on or off for things like mentions, replies and direct messages. In-app notifications appear in the notification center, under the bell icon in the top navigation bar.
Subscribe to the spaces you care about. Click the bell icon in a space's header to get notified about new posts there. You can also manage all your space subscriptions from the Spaces section of your notification settings. Click the bell again to unsubscribe.
Follow individual posts. When you see a Follow option on a post, use it to get notified about new comments and reactions. It's handy for a question in Discussions you want to see answered.
Get a digest instead of individual emails. Under Digest Emails, choose a Daily or Weekly summary of what you've missed, or turn digests Off.
A good place to start: subscribe to Announcements and Tips and Tricks, and choose a weekly digest. You'll hear about the important updates without a busy inbox.
Learn and connect
This is where most of the conversation happens.
Discussions is the place for DigiAudit customers to ask DigiAudit questions. If you're stuck on something, someone may have already asked, so search first. If not, start a new discussion; other customers and the Otelier team can both reply.
Tips and Tricks collects best practices and our favorite ways to get more out of DigiAudit. New tips are published on the first Monday of every month, covering things like keeping signature packs moving, compliance monitoring and finding reports faster.
Share an Idea is where you suggest improvements to DigiAudit. Post an idea of your own, or upvote and comment on ideas from other members. Popular ideas help the product team see what matters most to customers.
Getting the most out of the community
Complete your profile. Add your name, role and company so other members know who they're talking to.
Introduce yourself. Say hello in Welcome New Members! and tell us how your team uses Otelier.
Search before you post. Your question may already have an answer in Discussions or Tips and Tricks.
Be specific. When you ask a question, include which product and which screen or report it's about. You'll get a faster, more useful answer.
Give back. Answer a question, react to a helpful reply, or upvote an idea you agree with. Every contribution makes the community more useful for everyone.
Check in monthly. New Tips and Tricks go live on the first Monday of each month.
